Deck tear out and renovation

Footings leveled, posts set
Joists installed with connectors

Siding renovations and roof repair

Fasteners were replaced, hardware was masked and siding/trim was sanded and re-stained to revive and maintain shed. Repairs were done on asphalt shingles as well.

Rental renovation

Insulation reinstalled, wall partitions installed, drywall and texture installed, and interior painted including walls, trim, ceiling

Full siding replacement

Removed existing siding with woodpecker holes to a much resistant James Hardie Board

Demo'd wood siding and installed additional studs, installed Tyvek house wrap and metal flashing
